Thanks for shopping at Costume Cove! We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
⏳ Return Window
- You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging (tags attached).
🔄 Exchanges
- We don’t offer direct exchanges.
- Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size/style you want.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene/safety and seasonal reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Worn or used costumes, underlayers, or opened accessories (e.g., wigs, masks, tiaras).
- Final-sale/clearance items.
- Items returned without original packaging or with odors/damage.
💰 Refunds
- After your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you about approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary by bank).
🚚 Return Shipping
- Unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- We recommend a trackable shipping service; we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.
⚡ Pre-Order Policy
Many items are sold on a pre-order basis to reduce waste and keep prices lower:
- Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
- After 24 hours, orders are final because inventory is reserved with our suppliers.
📦 Incorrect/Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
