🛍 Orders & Pre-Orders

Q: Are your costumes in stock?
A: Most of our costumes are pre-order items. This means we secure your order with our supplier as soon as you purchase, helping us reduce waste and keep prices lower.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Pre-orders typically take 2–3 weeks to ship, plus 5–10 business days for delivery (U.S. only). We’ll send you a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, all sales are final since your item is reserved with our supplier.


📦 Shipping

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is calculated at checkout. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so check our homepage banners!

Q: How can I track my package?
A: Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.


📏 Sizing

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Each product page lists available sizes (e.g., S–XL for adults, age ranges for kids). We recommend checking our Size Guide on each listing before ordering.

Q: Do you offer exchanges if the size doesn’t fit?
A: We don’t offer direct exchanges. If the size doesn’t fit, you can return the item (if eligible) and place a new order for the correct size.

Q: Do you offer family discounts?
A: Yes! Buy 2 or more costumes and you’ll save automatically at checkout:

  • Buy 2 → Save 10%
  • Buy 3 → Save 15%
  • Buy 4+ → Save 20%

Q: Do I need a discount code?
A: Nope — all family bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout.


🔄 Returns

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Please see our Return Policy for details.

Q: Can I return pre-order items?
A: Pre-order items are final sale after 24 hours of purchase.
